Imaginor commissions work from a very wide range of creatives from around the world to inspire its resources for schools. There are too many to mention here but these artists are always credited within the materials.

The following Who’s Who lists our core team:

Carolyn Wright

Director

Before establishing Imaginor Ltd, Carolyn worked for over 10 years as the manager of an RE Resource Centre in Gloucester. She has a business background and was one of the founders of Jumping Fish Ltd, a publishing company producing materials for primary schools. As well as managing editing and production of Imaginor publications, Carolyn oversees marketing and communications for the company.

Shahne Vickery

Principal Author

Shahne is the author of a wide range of popular titles that support collective worship and spiritual and moral education in primary schools.

Her publications include Experience Easter, Christmas, Harvest and Pentecost (published by Jumping Fish). More recently and since founding Imaginor with Carolyn Wright, she has written Roots and Fruits vols 1& 2 and Jack in the Box vols 1 & 2, Values Reflection Journals and now, Living Our Vision and Values.

Shahne worked for over 20 years as a teacher and deputy head in primary schools in England and Wales before becoming School’s Adviser for the Gloucester Diocese for 16 years followed by two years with the Diocese of Worcester. She is now works full time for Imaginor

Married to Jonathan, a priest in the Anglican Church, Shahne has two children, one is a headteacher of a C of E primary school in Cheltenham and the other a secondary school RE teacher in London.

Bob Hartman

Bob has been a professional storyteller for over 20 years. He was a storyteller in residence at The Pittsburgh Children’s Museum and has travelled worldwide to appear at literary and Christian festivals. Bob is the author of over sixty children’s books, including the best-selling Lion Storyteller Bible.

Belinda Stowe

Belinda is an experienced Primary School practitioner, specialising in Early Years education. She is a gifted storyteller and writer and is the principal author of Jack in the Box Big Bible Story Volumes 1 & 2.

Rob Whybrow

One of the strengths of Imaginor publications is the quality of the photography. Rob, who specialises in wildlife photography, has recently joined the team. He has won a number of accolades and awards for his work and is currently partnering with Shahne on the production of Roots and Fruits 3.
